Love Them and Lead Them

If you are a father or mother you are to love your children and lead your children. They are following you. They are Loving like you and Leading like you. If you are husband or wife the same thing is true.

Leadership is required of you. You can't manage what you do not have. You must lead to get there. If you are gonna do anything outstanding in your life, you are gonna have to show some love and leadership!

The greatest challenge there is in the home, workplace, community, in our nation and in the church is leadership. We have an over abundance of observers, followers, and historians but we need LEADERS.

If we are not very watchful, we will raise a whole generation of dis-satisfied seekers who never get what they're reaching for. That's very dangerous and scary!

So, we must stop running in a circle and know who we are, whose we are and where we are going. I don't want any of us to be frustrated about not finding God. Let's get caught by Him and LOVE our families and community and LEAD them how God is calling us to do.
